Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your scented candle, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team at jasminering.net to initiate the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at jasminering.net and provide details and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds
